The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to UnchainedCompounds.store that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from UnchainedCompounds.store and/or materials produced with products purchased from Unchained Compounds in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce. The purchaser realizes that, since UnchainedCompounds.store’s products are, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from UnchainedCompounds.store are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

In consideration of the sale of products to purchaser, which sales we would not otherwise make, purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold UnchainedCompounds.store harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchasers handling and/or use of purchased product.

None of our products are approved by any athletic commission and should not be taken by anyone who competes professionally. Only take products approved by your athletic commission. We are not responsible for any wrong-doing.

The company does not cover any assurance or certification that these products are legal for research all over the world.

The company does not verify that any product sold will be in compliance of the laws and regulations of the country laws.
In consenting and reading this Disclaimer, the buyer outside the supplier’s country of origin have asserted to the Supplier that the buyer already reviewed the laws and regulations that confirm of the products purchased to comply with the country of the purchaser.
All responsibilities and liabilities will be shouldered by the Buyer in contacting the custom’s agency and local post office in reference to the shipment receipt.
The Buyer has expressly waived the responsibility or liability of the Supplier in terms of importation or custom issues. The issues and liabilities are reserved for the Buyer.

If there are any missing or damaged items, we need to be notified within 7 business days from the delivery date with photographic evidence of the package wherein the tracking number is clear and the products that was received.

If you don’t have confidence in us yet, we advise you to make a small order first to see if you’re happy with our products and services. You can also check out our reviews. We are confident that you’ll be satisfied as almost all our customers are repeat customers.

If you wish to cancel your order because you change your mind, send us an email ASAP at support@UnchainedCompounds.store. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it. Please make sure to contact us by sending an email to support@UnchainedCompounds.store ASAP. Otherwise, we will no longer be able to correct or stop a shipment once it’s endorsed for shipping.

ALERT: If you encounter a ” Pre-shipment ” status of your package for more than a week, please be guided that packages are not being scanned right away upon pick up or drop off. Most of them are scanned once it arrives at the local post office. Rest assured that your package is moving in transit as expected. Kindly note that once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it is totally out of our control.

We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow what is indicated on the order form.

If your order was tagged as Returned to Sender  by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we won’t be able to offer a Reshipment or Refund. Returned shipments don’t get back to us. It is your responsibility to double-check the information on your order form.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

You can have the product you bought from us tested at any HPLC licensed testing facility and if the results are negative, we will refund the following:

• HPLC Test
• Total amount of the order + shipping.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Unchained Compounds reserves the right to ban an Affiliate from the program and to terminate the Affiliate account without prior notice should you fail to follow the rules of the program.

We also reserve the right to withhold any pending commission in relation to the violation of the said rules and the right to seek the return of any payment made for commissions you have earned up until the termination of your account (irrespective of when we found out about the violation of the rules). In addition, in case we terminate an Affiliate for cause, you (and your business) are not entitled to register again in our Affiliate Program (either for the same website or for any other website you own, use or control).

Keywords that include our brand name “Unchained Compounds” are not allowed. If the majority of your traffic comes from brand keywords you will not be paid.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program at any time at our sole discretion.

Discount code websites are NOT allowed.

Own orders don’t count towards commissions.

Targeting keywords on PPC or SEO that include our brand “Unchained Compounds” is not allowed. If you break this rule your commissions will not be paid.
